Debbie Baeuchle Ms. Baeuchle has had the honor of being a member of the Fort Leavenworth School District since the beginning of her educational career. Upon graduating from Texas Tech University in 1971, she became a 6th grade teacher at Eisenhower Elementary School . After earning her Masters in Library Science from Emporia State University, she served as the library media specialist at MacArthur Elementary School. She earned her Education Specialist Degree in Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. During her administrative career she has served as principal of MacArthur Elementary, principal of Bradley Elementary, and District Curriculum Director. On 1 July 2005, Ms. Baeuchle became the Superintendent of Fort Leavenworth USD 207.

Having been raised in a military family, Ms. Baeuchle brings a personal understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the students and their families. She is dedicated to providing the students with quality educational experiences in welcoming and supportive environments.
